CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, cancellations do affect us significantly and we apply a strict cancellation policy.

If we are unable to replace your cancelled reservation, the following charges will apply;
  1. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival 30% of the total tariff
  2. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival 50% of the total tariff.
  3. Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival 100%of total tariff.
