Due to the nature of our business, cancellations do affect us significantly and we apply a strict cancellation policy during our high season (November to April).
If we are unable to replace your cancelled reservation, the following charges will apply;
1. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total tariff.
2. Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival 100%of total tariff.
